Nova Scotia Health Authority – Vaccination Uptake Workshops
The Nova Scotia Health Workshops addressed critical gaps in vaccination outreach among underserved communities. I led a series of strategic workshops that brought together government agencies, healthcare professionals, and community representatives. By applying IBM Design Thinking methodologies and developing service blueprints, we crafted a prioritized roadmap aimed at increasing vaccination rates. This project demonstrates how integrating advanced frameworks and AI-driven analytics can pave the way for transformative public health initiatives.
